GuestCounts Hospitality manages the food, beverage and nightlife businesses of principals Barry Gutin and Larry Cohen. The two – business partners since 1995 – focus their time, talents and resources on the growth of Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar and their 2025 acquisitions, Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar and Bomba ¡Tacos + Tequila!
