SERVICE MANAGER >>
As Service Manager, you will ensure all FOH & kitchen team members feel supported and enjoy success. You will oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant with the goal of delivering an exceptional guest experience. Department responsibilities may include our bar program and service & training. Your drive to motivate, train, and develop our team is vital to meeting restaurant goals.
GENERAL MANAGER (GM) >>
As General Manager, you will be the expert in all processes and positions in the restaurant, as well as meeting company objectives and managing P&L cost centers. Your leadership, commitment to PRG values, and daily follow-through will set the tone and example for each manager on your team. Most of your time will be spent developing and supporting your team, nurturing relationships in your market, and interacting with guests to build loyalty.
KITCHEN MANAGER (KM) >>
As Kitchen Manager, you are responsible for leading our kitchen team to ensure delivery of high-quality food that consistently adheres to recipe specs. You will inspire positivity, ensure proper safety & sanitation practices, adhere to standard operating procedures, and take pride in the growth and development of each member of the kitchen team. Your time will also be spent controlling labor & scheduling, training, food costs, and inventory management.
ASSISTANT KITCHEN MANAGER (AKM) >>
As Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will support our Kitchen Manager as they strive to provide consistent, high-quality food that adheres to recipe specs. In partnership with our Kitchen Manager, you are responsible for maintaining a positive working environment, proper safety & sanitation practices, and ensuring strict adherence to our standard operating procedures. Your drive to motivate, train, and develop our team is vital to meeting restaurant goals.
